This Aluminum Flex Duct is intended to be used in heating, cooling, ventilation and waste gases transmission lines. It is suitable for medium pressure application. The product has an outer surface made of High Quality Aluminum Foil and an inner surface made of Metalized PET with inside high-tensile spring steel wire. Considerable effort has been put into the design of this product to prevent it from kinking in sharp bends and turns, and to hold steady and at full diameter in all applications. All steel wires are applied between PET surfaces to prevent corrosion (oxidization). This flex duct is produced in accordance with ISO 9001 - 2008 Quality Management System and complies with industry standards of USA: ASTM D-882, European: EN 10270-1-SM and EN 13180.

The smooth interior PET surface of this flex duct decreases the pressure loss and provides a more hygienic environment by preventing the formation of bacteria. It features a High Quality Aluminum Housing on the Outside and on the Inside for the Best Insulation Value. The Air-tight Inner Core further decreases the Pressure Loss and provides a More Hygienic Environment, with High Energy Efficiency and no fiberglass erosion into the air stream.

Designed to withhold bends and sharp turns without kinking, this flex duct has a Tough Reinforced Metallized Polyester Jacket that is tear and puncture resistant. The Air-tight Inner Core and no fiberglass erosion into the air stream make this product a reliable and efficient choice.
